Our Club Series is a new line of compact and economic glider winches based on the proven technology of the HYDROSTART high-end modular winch.  Years of development and testing have enabled us to deliver top performance and safety. The performance of the HYDROWINCH concept is unique in the world. An intelligent control system regulates the speed and forces on the rope and constantly monitors the systems critical functions. The Club Series winches are ideal for conversion from aerotow because compared to traditional winches, less winch driver experience is required. No other winch can achieve similar launch heights without compromising safety.

The Club Series winches are available in two different varients:

CLUB 500 - Ideal for clubs and commercial operations that focus on training and passenger flights.  Provides unlimited performance for gliders with a takeoff weight up to 1400 lbs but is also capable to launch an occasional heavier glider with water ballast. 

CLUB 750 - The most powerfull winch in the world. Provides maximum performance for glider types with a takeoff weight upto 2100 lbs. 

Cockpit
Ergonomic design keeps the winch driver fit and focused. The spacious safety cabin is placed only inches from the ground and is easily accessible through the large side doors. This eliminates climbing up and down the winch after each launch.

Hydraulic drive
Simple and reliable drive system with standard hydraulic components that withstand any kind of abuse.

Power
The Club 750 is powered by a 350 bhp common-rail diesel engine with turbocharger and intercooler. The Club 500 is powered by a 174 bhp common-rail diesel with turbocharger and intercooler. Both engines comply to EPA/Carb Tier III emission-requirements.

Fairlead
Maintenance free fairlead and guillotine sytem. Specifically designed for durability of Spectra and Plasma ropes.  

Computer Aided Launch Control
The Club Series glider winch is operated via an electronic throttle lever that gives the winch driver full control over the winch. The intelligent control system simplifies the operation of the winch and assists in controlling the ideal speed and force for an optimal safety and launch height.
